II.1.6) Description/object of the contract: The contract is to build a
sewage pumping station for the town Hafnarfjordur. The station will be
located at Nordurgardur in
Hafnarfjordur.
The station will pump sewage from the old part of Hafnarfjordur, towards
the treatment plant in Óseyri.
II.1.7) Site or location of works, place of delivery or performance: The
location is in Hafnarfjordur in the south-western part of Iceland.

II.2) Quantity or scope of the contract
II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: The effiency of the pumping station
will be 560 l/sec. There will then be a low-pressure pipe to Óseyri (by
the cost line) which
will have the effiency of 710 PEH, L = 2 km. There will be a construction
on the Sewage plant in Óseyri and from there a
low-pressure pipe to Hraunavík with the effiency of 800 PEH, L = 2,7 km.
The pumping and sanitation station in Hraunavík will have the effiency of
900 l/sec and output from Hraunavik with the effiency
of 900 PEH, L = 2 km.
II.3) Duration of the contract or time limit for completion: 10 months
from the award of the contract.
