principle deliveries affected in the past three years, with the sums,
dates and recipients, publics or private involved. Description of the
undertakings technical facilities, its measures for ensuring quality, and
its study and research facilities. Certificates drawn up by official
quality-control institutes or agencies, evidence of experience of HE
sector clients.

supporting documentation by 12.00 4.5.2004. The PQQ will form part of the
evaluation of potential tenderers resulting in a shortlist who will be
issued an invitation to tender (ITT). Failure to complete the PQQ and
return the required documentation by the deadline may result in the
suppliers application being rejected.
